Alumni Update: Clarice Sansome
Clarice was an intern at Idea Orlando last summer before becoming a full time employee last week. As a Production Designer, she does the majority of her work in Indesign and Photoshop. Starting in January she'll have her own clients. Clarice describes the process:
"When I start on a new project it will most likely be branding a company's destination. Our concept designers will create renderings based on the brand and the site. I'll be responsible for creating a concept book which will represent Idea's vision plan for our client. It's really exciting to be able to use what I've learned in college and the Enterprise when so many graduates end up finding jobs that don't require all the skills they've acquired.
The other exciting benefit of my job is most of our clients are in the hospitably or tourism industry in the Caribbean, so there is usually some travel required. I think there's a lot to learn from a small design firm that could be applied to the Enterprise. We even have our own brainstorming process, which can be very helpful when dealing with confused clients."

Spring 2008 Registration Info
New & returning members: our team-meeting times are Mondays 5:00-7:00 p.m.; we start in our office (112 Walker) and if needed, we move to the CCLI. Team-leader meetings, if we keep the same schedule, are Wednesdays 4:00-5:00 p.m., in our office.
